Excellent service from the firm. Mr Bashir has been patient and amazing with the divorce proceedings which lasted 2 years! He was very supportive as well as helpful in the matters which I was not aware of. Quick and efficient in replies from emails as well as the process. Having dealt with Ameet, a very friendly and professional chap, my experience with this firm has lead to complete satisfaction. Worst solicitors ever - buying my first property think they would guide me through the process NO! - they just took my money & left me to deal with the rest of it - no help no support I had to contact all 3rd parties myself and organise everything - Janet is either working from home so cant take a call - on annual leave or not in the office - when you speak to her she is rude - asked to log a complaint they toom so long to get back to me I forgot that I wanted to log one - you email these guys and they dont get back to you its like you have to keep checking up on these guys - wouldnt NOT RECOMMEND - The receptionist is also very rude with mulitple times hanging the phone on me. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

I used SBG for a house sale in October 23. The service was excellent- fast and efficient and with great communication. Just over 2 months from offer to completion. Janet and Adrian are helpful and supportive with their common sense approach, and give a really professional service at a great price. Would definitely recommend.
