My partner and I recently used Stapletons as first time buyers where Greg's responsiveness and patience with our questions made this a significantly easier experience than it could of been. I cannot praise Jennifer Dowling and Greg Stapleton enough. Jennifer expertly handed a challenging conveyancing matter - purchase of a flat, purchase of a house and selling of my house. At each step of the way she demonstrated without fail that she was streets ahead of all the other solicitors she had to deal with. She was always “on it”, nothing was too much trouble, available and accessible and absolutely “spot on” with every piece of legal advice. It was clear she was a cut above everyone else she dealt with. Even after completion she was resolutely professional and available to help us with a active situation (vendors had not vacated property - she was able to threaten legal action in a timely manner which worked to get us in!). From the very start to the very end she has been thorough diligent hardworking and very pleasant. Greg had oversight and stepped in to cover - again, there was a palpable difference in Greg compared to any other solicitor we had dealings with during the process. You really got the feeling that both Greg and Jennifer actually cared about what happened - I can’t imagine you feel like that with anyone else. Worth it. Stapletons provided their conveyancing service to us for the sale of a property and I cannot fault any part of the experience. Sedil expertly guided us through the process and provided help and advice whenever we needed it. Communication was quick and easy and even though the sale process can sometimes be like wading through treacle, Sedil always kept us updated and explained any issues or delays. I can’t say selling a house is top of my list of favourite activities, but Stapletons made it as easy as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a conveyancing service.
