Stapletons gave me an excellent service with the sale of my leasehold flat in Hackney. Turnaround of documents was very quick, typically the same day or the following. Had the buyer only employed a proper solicitor instead of a so-called conveyancing firm, the sale could have been done much quicker - it takes two to tango and dead slow or confused rather ruins the dance. My transaction was handled by Martin Alfreds and he clearly has the right experience. In short, thank you for a really good service.
