I've been assigned Tom Jackson to handle my case, but despite repeatedly reaching out via email, text, voicemail, and office messages, I have received little to no response. The only replies I’ve received are along the lines of “I’m sorry, I’ve been off” or “Please bear with me.” This has caused weeks of delays in a matter that is time-sensitive. Even now, after sending multiple texts to Tom’s mobile phone in the past 48 hours, I have yet to receive a response. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend finding a different law firm, as this has been the worst solicitor I have dealt with so far. I leave this review not out of personal grievance, but because I am deeply disappointed in how poorly my business case has been handled—especially given its impact on my personal life.

Awful service. This team have been absolutely dreadful at communicating and have provided a total lack of service and updates on the sale of our house and the purchase of our next one. Really disappointing.

Tom was very knowledgeable and Stephen with Aaron helped us out too. They were very patient and explained everything to us to help us with a difficult sale. The team were easy to reach on the phone and email if needed.
