I have had an extremely disappointing experience with Staploe Solicitors. Their service was consistently unprofessional, communication was poor / non-existent, and the quality of the work delivered was far below any reasonable standard. Deadlines were missed repeatedly, promises were broken and I was left feeling frustrated and ignored throughout entire process. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this company, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.

Annie is an asset to this firm! Our purchase was not straight forward at all, was very lengthy and stressful due to the other side and many obstacles we had to figure out. However, Annie really saw us through this and we now own our miracle home. She is timely, efficient, transparent and dedicated to seeing her projects through and client satisfaction is at the top of her priority list. All the best Annie!

I've been assigned Tom Jackson to handle my case, but despite repeatedly reaching out via email, text, voicemail, and office messages, I have received little to no response. The only replies I’ve received are along the lines of “I’m sorry, I’ve been off” or “Please bear with me.” This has caused weeks of delays in a matter that is time-sensitive. Even now, after sending multiple texts to Tom’s mobile phone in the past 48 hours, I have yet to receive a response. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend finding a different law firm, as this has been the worst solicitor I have dealt with so far. I leave this review not out of personal grievance, but because I am deeply disappointed in how poorly my business case has been handled—especially given its impact on my personal life.

0 stars. Poor communication. Rude staff over phone. No compassion. Have sent a complaint email regarding service provided. No response (expected given the lack of communication from them) Re sent complaint. Still no response.

I received a very disappointing service. I got no updates about the process and I had to regularly call and email the firm. I requested for certain information that I never received. The usual narrative was that the other solicitors involved in the chain was slowing down the process. It did however came apparent that they hadn't send some enquiries over, despite the fact that they reassured me that those were sent. This 10 day delay meant that we nearly missed the date for the change of stamp duty. I highlighted the issues however they did not acknowledge any of those. I would stay away from this firm and chose another solicitor.
