They responded promptly to every communication and frequently chased for responses from the buyer's side. After having two bad experiences with other firms. I decided to instruct Starck Uberoi to help us to finalise a property purchase. Ms Diana Lotfi, my solicitor was superb throughout the process, didn’t need to chase her at all (not even once), she was always responsive and available to take my calls. I used Starck Uberoi for a recent flat purchase and I would highly recommend them. Diana Lotfi and Laura Maltby were primarily dealing with my case and they were both fantastic - they resolved all of my queries in a timely and efficient manner, expediting the transaction where it may have otherwise been slowed down. Notwithstanding this, they were able to adapt quickly to some last-minute changes and clearly communicated what they needed from me and when. If you're looking to use a firm of solicitors for a purchase, I would highly recommend them.
