I was recommended a few options for an ILA, and Steadfast were the best value by some distance. One other firm had a comparable price for their slowest service, but their faster options were significantly more expensive. Steadfast had one clear price and processed everything within a day of me reaching out. What really stood out, though, was how they handled things when I made a mistake on my end. Arash went out of his way to correct it for me – I really appreciated that extra effort. They were also patient and understanding that I was new to the process, taking the time to explain things clearly. Highly recommend – and a special thank you to Arash.

We worked with Arash in 2025 on a property purchase , he was prompt and very helpful as we had a few areas to work through. We had another lawyer involved from another firm as well and Arash customer service and knowledge was far greater! Would definitely look to use Arash again.
