I used this firm back in 2017 and had no issues then, but this time has been a completely different story. I called them last Friday and was promised a call back the same day nothing. On that same day, I also spoke to two other major firms, both of which got back to me the same day and offered me work. I heard nothing on Monday either, so I rang again Tuesday morning (today), and still nothing. I had to chase them again at 5 PM, only to be told, “Oh yeah, someone was supposed to get back to you, but we're at full capacity.” Customer service has clearly gone downhill. When you’re backed into a corner and genuinely need their help, they’re just not interested. Very poor service. Unfortunately would not recommend

Megan Allen has helped me for around 15 months with a housing dispute. Long story short - I ‘won’ the case with the best possible outcome, thanks to her support. Megan is the best solicitor I have ever dealt with - she is knowledgable, prompt, gives excellent advice whilst being approachable and friendly. Through the whole process, Megan made sure that I understood the legal jargon and gave advice on next steps. She also took steps to make sure that my legal fees weren’t too high through the process. It really felt like I had somebody fighting my corner and advocating for a favourable outcome. It has been quite a journey and I am so thankful that she has been on it with me! I would wholeheartedly recommend Megan Allen - she is a credit to her profession.

The service our family received was both professional and exemplary from start to finish of what was to prove a very long and difficult process. Sue Reynolds and Becki Severn went above and beyond AGAIN! Super efficient, friendly & speedy conveyance with any problems arising resolved with minimum cost and time, this is the 3rd time I have returned to use their service which says it all! Highly recommend!
