Sterling Shore Solicitors supported me with obtaining EU citizen indefinite leave to remain after my original application had been rejected by the HM as invalid. I contacted several solicitors, all providing mixed advice, vague knowledge of what to do and not sure they could help. A couple of immigration solicitors actually made my situation sound almost unresolvable due the post Brexit application deadlines and new ILR requirements. Not ideal when a solicitor drives a potential new client into panic mode. Shahista at Sterling Shore was the only solicitor who listened to me, asked questions about my case and was able to explain the process to follow. She provided the most appropriate approach and strategy to adopt for my case. Her support and reccomandations were clear, logical, professional and gave me reassurance. All my interactions with the firm were very professional, from setting up a CDA to providing POA to act on my behalf, contract of engagement and prices all done in full transparency and professionally. No hidden details, small print or sudden new requirements. Shahista provided clear instructions on the documents required to support my case, she reviewed all that I provided and asked questions in a timely manner.
