I used Storrar Cowdry during the purchase, and nine year later the sale of a leasehold property. I would highly recommend the firm and in particular Daniel Stear and Claire Orford who provided the conveyancing for the recent sale. Professional yet personal, Daniel handled all enquiries/negotiations extremely promptly and provided advice and reassurance when there were unforeseen delays during the transaction. A very positive experience.

We were involved in a complex and difficult dispute to remove a contractor and his equipment from our industrial unit after he stopped paying rent. Legal representation was essential.
