Awful experience! I’ve never known incompetence like it and I genuinely questioned if it would be quicker for me to become a qualified and complete the case myself. Made the process much more stressful than it needed to be and they weren’t even the cheapest quote! I also think they charged me for a BTL property which I still haven’t received any information for even though I’m the managing agent secretary. Free advice - Do not waste your time.

We've worked for a property purchase with Firat Bekem of Stuart & Co solicitors. The property purchase process was incredibly stressful for us, largely due to the lack of communication and responsiveness from Stuart & Co. It was almost impossible to reach them, with 9 out of 10 calls going unanswered, especially when time was critical. We found ourselves having to step in at almost every stage to keep things moving. Each time we got involved, we discovered the process had stalled, waiting for an action from their side. Despite everyone being aware of the time-sensitive nature of our purchase, we were forced to push continuously to make progress. On the upside, we ended up learning a lot about the property purchase process—from local searches to planning investigations—because of how much we had to get involved (!)
