Everything was explained to us in a real easy to understand method. Nothing was too much trouble for them, even with home visits when things got tough for us. I have used Suffolk Will Services for a number of years now and have always found Helen and Daniel fantastic people to deal with. Totally professional, in their work and approach, at the same time, very relatable, making you feel very at ease with what can be challenging topics to deal with. I have found Helen and Daniel have always been prompt in their communication, they always respond/communicate in a timely manor. Helen at Suffolk Will Services was simply amazing. She sorted out our Power Of Attorneys so efficiently; she came out to us, talked us through every step of the process and paperwork so we completely understood what we were doing and were in complete control. We just received our completed wills! I can not recommend SWS enough. Writing a will can be a daunting experience but both Helen and Daniel made the whole process a pleasant experience. They were kind, understanding and informative the whole way through. They ensured that the wills we left were a true reflection of our wishes and helped us ensure that our estate was left in a fair way (due to being a blended family) They answered any questions we had.
