I recent used Sue and her team for a sale and purchase and can honestly say without them, the whole thing wouldn’t have happened. Sue went above and beyond multiple times throughout the process, always kept us informed of progress and always got back to us in a timely manor. We had chain difficulties and we still managed to completed in just over three months largely because of the efforts from Sue. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

If I could give Susan howarth a 0 star I would! Had the most awful experience leading to me becoming unwell with stress. We went to Susan howarth for sale of a property and purchase of our new home. It took 9 months for a simple sale and purchase, first time buyers buying the property and no chain property we were buying. Papers weren’t started for 3 months even after chasing every single day for the blame to be passed to me. Took Lisa 4 weeks to even raise enquiries on the property even after being told things would get pushed along as we had already waited 6 months at this point. Never spoke on the phone to you. Went to the manager of the susan howarths due to the lengthy process and getting no answers to still not get anywhere. The list goes on. We very nearly lost our property and even ended up having to spend more money for things to get done quicker . We also had a meeting planned with the manger to go over our complaint and they didn’t even bother to phone us on the date we planned. Please please don’t use Susan howarth (Lisa Harding) for conveyancing unless you want to wait 9 months and end up ill with stress
