If I could give Susan howarth a 0 star I would! Had the most awful experience leading to me becoming unwell with stress. We went to Susan howarth for sale of a property and purchase of our new home. It took 9 months for a simple sale and purchase, first time buyers buying the property and no chain property we were buying. Papers weren’t started for 3 months even after chasing every single day for the blame to be passed to me. Took Lisa 4 weeks to even raise enquiries on the property even after being told things would get pushed along as we had already waited 6 months at this point. Never spoke on the phone to you. Went to the manager of the susan howarths due to the lengthy process and getting no answers to still not get anywhere. The list goes on. We very nearly lost our property and even ended up having to spend more money for things to get done quicker . We also had a meeting planned with the manger to go over our complaint and they didn’t even bother to phone us on the date we planned. Please please don’t use Susan howarth (Lisa Harding) for conveyancing unless you want to wait 9 months and end up ill with stress

Very poor experience.. the receptionist was unhelpful and rude. I simply rang to enquire about the company's services and associated fees. The receptionist advised there's a £300 plus vat cost for an initial appointment just to confirm the services they offer and the associated fees. When trying to clarify if they had a rate card for their services to get an idea on their fees she became quite condescending. This is a red flag when a company tries to commit you to paying, just to establish what services they offer and an order of magnitude cost.

Lisa and her team dealt with my brother’s estate very efficiently. Always made themselves available to help with our queries in a patient, friendly, down to earth way. Happy to use them in future for any legal matters.

I can highly recommend Susan Howarth and Co for both its professionalism and friendly service. The conveyancing of my property was handled quickly and efficiently throughout the whole process. Lisa managed the sale in an impressive manner and answered the few queries I had immediately and clearly. Unlike other firms I have used in the past the whole sale to completion was hassle free. Writing a will was made easy with the help of the Susan Howarth team. A survey, two visits and a couple of emails, it was that simple. The team were helpful and well informed. They communicated perfectly. I would have no hesitation in using this solicitor again.
