My personal experience is they do their best to seem friendly and understanding. Once you’ve signed they really do not care and it’s pot luck whether you get any help or not. Can be very unhelpful. I’m aware employees having been underpaid consistently and even having missed paydays. It is seen as a money making machine with little to no care for staff or clients.

I phoned to ask how much it would cost to make certified copies of a lasting power of attorney. Was quoted £35 per copy!!! Absolute daylight robbery when you can do this yourself for FREE!! Clearly only after money. I would stay very clear!!!!!
