I had the pleasure of dealing with Sonni who helped me draw up a will. Sonni is one of the apprentices and a huge asset to the firm. She was patient with me, kind, knowledgable and emotionally intelligent. She made me feel important and really looked after. Thanks so much Sonni and good luck with the rest of your exams 🥰

Receptionist very friendly, however my arrival into the office of Allison Thompson was most unfriendly, no greeting or eye contact. I had to ask what her name was and was faced with a desk full of client’s notes on full display. No confidentiality in this office I’m afraid. She would only take cash which raises an eyebrow and I was not offered a receipt, I did get one upon request from the very nice receptionist but was asked to leave the office of Ms Thompson by sign language using a finger. I don’t think I’ll be going back there again...

Received good sound advice with a compassionate ear and on this occasion , didn't charge as there service wasn't req Very happy , and very fair

The lady we saw gave us excellent advice and put some essential actions in place and knew what she was talking about. Really sound advice with a warm and friendly approach.
