Reviews
Well, Darren and all involved have been fantastic. It's been my first foray into the world of patents and product design, and they have been so helpful right from the beginning, taking plenty of time to explain the process, and the anticipated timings and costings etc. Physical meetings were much appreciated, where rapport can be built and to show how my idea would work etc in person, and also another chance to ask questions and clarify things when I'd had time to digest what I wanted to do. I had plenty of time to check out the applications and ask questions etc. he application is now with the patent office, and I await the outcomes - Exciting :)
Martin was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. He took on board all of our awkward requirements and provided a fantastic result in a speedy turn around! Would very happily recommend and will no doubt use again in the future.
Amelia was extremely helpful, thorough and gave great advice. We had a positive outcome for all three of our issues. We were very satisfied with the service Amelia offered and would certainly not hesitate to consult her again if necessary and are happy to recommend Swindell & Pearson and Amelia Skelding in particular.
Swindell & Pearson have been a great support to us at AEDdonate. Their professionalism, expertise, and clear guidance have made a real difference. Amelia in particular has been approachable, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Highly recommended.
I am very grateful for their service. I needed a letter with a legal opinion in regards to a design infringement and Tim Gilbert issued the letter as discussed. I would recommend them to anyone that needs intellectual property services. We discussed by phone and email, the communication was clear and precise. I really appreciate not having to deal with AI chat robots. Even though sometimes they are helpful, my needs required a human expertise.
