Instructed to deal with probate for my family, missed important deadlines causing unnecessary delay and distress in settling the estate of the deceased. Would advise caution. In fact, we are still awaiting settlement and they don't return calls. Jessica Ball is the paralegal dealing with this. Poor service.

I want to sell a house, I used them to buy the house originally. I called 3 times to get the ball rolling, they didn't respond back, each time took my details saying it would be followed up, they mustn't need the business.

What a great team of people to work with, I would highly recommend using Sydney Mitchell for any conveyancing needs. I had the pleasure of working with Jamie and Christine on quite a complex matter involving International barriers and Divorce all thrown into the mix. They were extremely professional, diligent, responsive and were not deterred by any obstacles that were thrown in our way. Absolutely fantastic team, i am very lucky that i found them and will go back again when the need arises.
