I initially struggled to find a Solicitor who was willing to take on my purchase as it was subject to the BSA 2022. My Estate Agents recommended I try Jonathan Taylor at Talbots Law, Kidderminster. From my initial enquires to completion, the team were fantastic. Quotes were provided quickly with a very detailed breakdown of charges. All my interactions, both telephone and e-mail were responded to quickly and efficiently. All questions that I had (and there were a lot) were always answered promptly and they were always clear and concise. The communications were excellent every step of the way. As we worked through the process, they provided a milestone report which showered exactly where we were in the process, what had taken place and the next steps; this was very useful. The sale of our property went very smoothly with very little issues however the purchase was a challenge. Leasehold properties are more challenging and we had a difficult managing agent and their solicitors in the mix that didn’t make things easy. Therefore the purchase took longer than expected and was protracted, despite that, Jonathan and his team (Caroline and Anne-Marie) made everything a lot easier and took a lot of the stress and strain away. I always felt like we were in very safe hands and I knew that they were working hard to get everything completed. I’ve already recommended Jonathan and the team, to a couple of friends who are planning on moving and I will continue to do so. If you are looking for an efficient and effective Solicitor with good clear communication and who gets the job done, look no further.

We used Talbots, specifically Jon Taylor and his assistants Anne-Marie and Caroline for the conveyancing of both the sale and purchase of our new home. I couldn’t recommend Jon and his team enough, he answered emails within half an hour every time and was efficient and thorough.
