Nathan made an error on my return and I've been issued 3 x penalties from HMRC. I've written a review already below where he's responded and said he'd issued me a refund which he hasn't. I've sent 5 emails that have been ignored and spoken to him personally on the phone where he assured me I would be either sent a refund or sent remittance of the refund he mentioned below however it's been 2 weeks now and I've followed up with no response yet again. I was actually recommend Nathan by a friend and I am incredibly disappointed and the way he's now behaving towards me feels incredibly unprofessional.

Nathan has recently helped me being my journey in full time self employment as a sole trader. He made the process incredibly simple, a quick video call to find out whether it would be more beneficial to be a sole trader or ltd company. He then took a bit of information from me and I had to do nothing else. Nathan is very knowledgeable and clearly has a wealth of experience, he made the meeting very straightforward and answered any questions quickly and clearly so I could understand them. He recommended me the best service suitable to my needs as a new sole trader. I would highly recommend Nathan to anyone. I can't wait to see what he can save me and what weird and wonderful purchases I can challenge him with to put on my tax savings.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Having had several nightmare years with HMRC messing up my tax codes, my daughter recommended Nathan at Taxsure to me and I am so glad she did.
