We recently had the pleasure of instructing Nathan Rogers, Tom Woolley, and Sarah Gaunt for the sale and purchase of our houses, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Nathan had the added challenge of dealing with our lender’s solicitors and their multiple requirements, which I know wasn't an easy process. He managed it all brilliantly, keeping us informed and making the process as smooth as possible. Sarah, Tom and Nathan were also excellent throughout, professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions. Tom was very diligent in following through with negotiating completion dates with all parties, and ensured our sale went through without a hitch. 4 months from forming a chain to completion, feels unheard of! I know Tom, Nathan and Sarah are the reason why we had minimal hitches to completion. The whole team went above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would. Highly recommended!

Everyone is quick to tell you that selling and buying a house is a stressful experience and the thought of downsizing from a family home to a smaller property was certainly daunting. But I need not have worried because Taylor and Emmett and specifically Tom Woolley provided an excellent service and wonderful support throughout the whole process. Thank you
