Im 62 yrs of age and never sold a house before (lived in same house since got married) so when my mum passed away I was left in a fortunate position where I had a house to sell. I used Hunters Estate Agents Hillsborough who were fantastic and they put us in touch with Taylor and Emmett Amanda Thornton was our solicitor for the conveyances and from start to finish the service was excellent like i said not sold a house before so quite daunting but she eased us through it in a comfortable manner nothing was too much trouble. Would i recommend them without a shadow of a doubt also their pricing was very reasonable so much so i have now booked an appointment for our wills to be arranged. Thanks again for first class service

This was my first time selling a property and Rachel Hardeman made the whole process feel straightforward. She was kind, patient, and never once made me feel silly for needing things re-explained during a few “senior moments.” Rachel was always happy to clarify, kept me updated, and took the stress out of an unfamiliar process. We've used Taylor Emmet several times over the last 20 years for purchasing and selling properties. The conveyancing team were excellent from start to finish when assisting with the sale of a rental property in another part of the country. Our main contact (Amanda) was extremely efficient and kept us in the loop throughout the process via phone calls and emails. Other parties in the chain needed quite a bit of nudging to keep things moving and the team kept on top of things really effectively. All in all, highly recommended.
