This was the first time I needed a solicitor to do the task of conveyancing, both selling and purchasing as a widow. My estate agent gave me a list of solicitors. How to decide? Well, Jack McCarthy of Tennant Mickleburgh in Norwich sent a personal welcome email, so that was my decider! Jack was my appointed solicitor and I couldn’t have asked for anyone better! He worked tirelessly and efficiently on my behalf, answering any questions I had (which were lots!) clearly and quickly. Communication was great. Jack often went the extra mile, taking most of the stress out of the whole tricky process. He was very approachable and always explained everything in a way I could understand. Just brilliant 🤩 Jack was incredibly professional and efficient throughout the process. What a breath of fresh air to have a firm with a philosophy and approach that prioritises client care.
