She progressed each stage promptly and always responded to our emails and queries within 24 hours. She was friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable, and kept us updated throughout. Hayley Wakefield at Thatcher and Hallam was recommended to be by family following their positive experience with her. We're the buyers solicitor for my house sale. They were extremely slow in every aspect. Took 2-3 weeks to reply to any of my solicitors emails. Only looked at the fixtures and fittings form and questioned it (they received 2 months prior) just as we were pressing to complete. Claimed to have not had responses from my solicitors, despite seeing email evidence they received them the same day. If you want your house move to drag on and on, I filully recommend these solicitors.

Hayley Veale is a credit to your company, we dealt with Hayley over 10 years ago which she was fantastic kind and very helpful. 10 years on and she is still the same hopefully never need Hayley again but I know where she is if I do. I can’t ever thank you for what you did for us.

I had a very difficult personal injury claim which my insurance company was useless at handling, as well as almost sabotaging it. 1 year before the claim was voided (3 year timescale), I contacted James Weller and I could not have asked for a better solicitor. Extremely grateful for him as he managed to settle it with a very fair price for the effort that was put in. Would certainly recommend! J
