Having had three house purchases fall through before, I never had high expectations. However, Paminder and the team were excellent. From Jodie providing the initial quote to completion, it really did feel like a different experience this time round. Receiving regular updates (without having to chase!!!) meant a huge weight was lifted off our shoulders. I couldn’t be happier with the service received from all those involved and have already recommended to friends due to sell their homes. From appointing to completing in 11 weeks, even with delays caused by third parties, I am so impressed. Thanks again Paminder and team!!

Paminder and her team helped with the purchase of our first home between Oct 2024, completing in Jan 2025 following a referral from a family member who had also previously used them. They were absolutely brilliant, very responsive and incredibly supportive especially as we were both first time buyers and it was not a standard purchase. We would definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Hannah dealt with case very efficiently and kept me informed of any issues as they arose .Although most of the contact was by email I still felt as though it was handled professionally and with a personal touch . Should I need a legal advice or services again they will be my first call. I would recommend to anybody who is in need of any legal advice or help.

I have used THB Solicitors for all my legal requirements and have posted my glowing reviews on their site. This time I used them for conveyance and they were fantastic. Notably, Paminder at the Chelmsford branch was supportive, patient and clear with her quick responses. The sale of my house took considerable time and being abroad made it very challenging. Nevertheless, Paminder and the team were continually there to advise every step and they were patient when I bombarded them with emails. I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thanks again.
