My wife and I both took out funeral plans with this company in 2022 when we did our wills with ChrisHall. I paid my deposit as did my wife and paid my balance the following month. my wife agreed to a standing order of £66.66 per month for 4 years.After paying this for over 2 and a quarter years she was advised by her bank that the standing order was not paid as the account details had changed?. Not able to contact Eternal Peace by phone or email My wife rang Chris Hall who appeared to know nothing but said he would get back to her (in Nov 24)…still waiting.In total we are about £3500 down between us. We thought we were preparing for the future and did not want our kids to worry about funeral expenses. We could both kick ourselves for not doing our research on this company before committing ourselves but at the same time We are not letting whoever this is get away with stealing our kids inheritance. We looked on company’s house and it looks like there are 100 funeral plans with this company. If there is anyone out there in a similar position willing to work with us for a fair and just resolution please get in touch .

This is a thoroughly disreputable outfit. We paid in full for wills and lasting power of attorney over one year ago. We have not received the LPAs despite many messages to the landline and mobile phone numbers. No calls ever returned. The office is never manned .The office of the public guardian have said nothing has been received by them. This is either gross incompetence or fraud. Do not use them

Seems like we are in the same boat as most who have written reviews on here, my partner's Father has passed away and no Will to be found! We have photo evidence of the Will that was done by this shambolls of a company, they never answer the phone or respond to emails, we would like to know what the hell is going on!! If anyone has successfully got anywhere with this so called company please let us know

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have been to the police today regarding this company due to not receiving my cremation package I paid for months ago as they are impossible to reach. The police informed me they are facing financial difficulties. They have advised me to escelate this further as possible fraud. Others please contact citizens advice, they may suggest a solicitor.

A simple Probate case with him as Executor has now dragged on for 17 months and he's told us nothing! DO NOT USE. Even a 1 star is too much!
