Absolutely terrible and unprofessional service. Since May-June 2024 and now it is December, I have emailed GPT 8 x times , made 14 phone calls, spoke to reception, going round in circles, assured by staff that somebody will call me back and nobody does. I physically went into GPT law office last week and complained why no one responds to emails or phone calls for last 6 months. Totally useless. Complaint now made to Legal Ombudsmen. Livid, furious and angry with GPT.
