These were the solicitors acting on behalf of our buyers. They held up proceedings multiple times and on the day of completion were so late releasing funds that we were only able to pick up our keys with 15 minutes to spare before the end of the day. This subsequently left our removal company waiting outside our new property for over 4 hours. Unacceptable, disorganised and added to the stress of an already stressful day.

Am currently using their conveyancing service and my God what a horrible experience. Seller has sent through everything needed to complete the sale but I've not received anything from this lot. Every time I call, and I've been calling every week (sometimes twice a week) I'm fobbed off. I've not had one conversation with the solicitor handling my case and now there's someone new handling it, and I still can't get to speak to him or her. The seller is putting pressure on me to sign the contracts but I can't get my hands on the contract! I've spent the last several months getting things in order, getting surveyor and tradesmen to check the property I'm buying and all the while this lot have been sitting on my case doing nothing!...and getting paid!...Wish I'd researched more and never appointed this lot. Now I'm worried the sale will fall through and will be thanks to this lot!

Lot of mistakes in lot of things when dealing with a conveyancing transaction for me. Lots of training needed to everyone especially Haamid and Waris including training on how to communicate with clients. Needed to tell them in regards to what they need to do. Definitely not on their toes. I would need to look elsewhere next time I am afraid.
