Very professional. Work finished well in time. Got our first home on pre-decided dates. despite 2 weeks holidays, process continued smoothly. some time difficult to connect the call ( busy line ) but always received call back from Mr Ismail. Staff is polite and responsive. Highly recommended.

TLPS recently completed the conveyancing for my house purchase. After I had a lot of problems with my mortgage broker I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the sale completed before the recent stamp duty increase. Ismail was left with only a few days to get everything finalised and he somehow managed to get it across the line with a day to spare. Great communication, great service, great result.

Highly discourage anyone from instructing this firm. Very slow at replying to emails. Amina is awful. Doesnt answer the questions you ask and leaves enquries unattended for long periods. I have 5 emails sent throughout the period to 3 different people at TLPS which were unresponded to. At the end of the day my buyer pulled out. Save yourself the hassle. Not sure how there are so many positive reviews, seems suspicious from the experience I had with them. Update following response: This just isn't true. The fact is the sale had not even reached the point of setting a completion date and there was an outstanding enquiry which hadn't been finalised at the point the buyer pulled out so it is a lie to say it was ready to complete. Its funny how you didn't answer why enquires were left for weeks unattended which is the real reason the buyer pulled out because you had dragged out the process so much to over 3 months that they gave a final ultimatum and since you didn't even pass it onto me in time they pulled out before I even got notified of this.

This is how they scam people. They ask to pay £500 towards searches and do nothing. And when you give up they tell you that searches and their work has cost you £500. Avoid!!! Camels and flying carpets brother
