Sam has been excellent during the recent sale of my late aunts bungalow. She has kept me up to date throughout this process. I can’t thank her enough

I used for conveyancing April - Sept 2022. One day after completion I was told due to their error, £165 needed to be paid to clear the final bill. Then almost six months later in March 2023 I was informed due to another "oversight" I needed to pay an additional £30 to clear the account. At the time of these requests, no official bills or statements were sent, simply emails asking for more money immediately. I had to request official paperwork. Richmond, can I ask, do you really think it is good customer care to chase funds via email months later due to your own incompetence?

Recommended, but wished we hadn't listened to the advice about them as we found it to be a poor choice. Cost us a lot of money after sale due to the incompatance of them. Receptionist thinks she is the solicitor, very abrupt when calling to discuss an issue after sale completed. Eventually get through to solicitor and very dissapointed in outcome overall Would not recomend to anyone, great until any issues arise then they are hard to contact and inconsiderate
