She was so professional, efficient and determined - especially as I had a long, complex experience with it being a leasehold, one buyer pulling out 12 weeks in, and queries we had to contact multiple parties to resolve. 5* service, really couldn’t fault! Rebecca Freeman was a pleasure to deal with and provided an excellent service. Any questions I had were quickly dealt with, lots of information provided through out, and when I was struggling with some paperwork a quick email and a couple of days later I was there having an appointment to get things rectified quickly and swiftly. It was very dark time in my life and daunting thinking of having to go see a solicitor to start my divorce proceedings.
