Thomson Cooper Accountants was recommended to me, so I contacted them explaining my situation respectfully requesting to chat with someone concerning their services for my business and personal finances. I waited several days with no reply after speaking to a polite receptionist. I then re-contacted them requesting to speak with a professional accountant. Eventually a representative/ accountant did contact me where I respectfully explained my requirements. I was informed that someone would be in touch in due course. Again I have been left waiting with no response. Not the service you expect from such an established business. Makes you wonder they must be doing extremely well when they can treat potential customers like this. Forgetting that everybody’s time is a precious thing, as if time was a commodity it would be priceless. Thanks Thomson Cooper for wasting mine!!

I have been a customer of Thomson Cooper for 5 years now. Very happy. Mark Mitchell is very approachable and I feel I begin to understand more and more about the ins and outs of tax etc. Also, an amazing reception team! Always extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I had my initial consultation with Fiona Mitchell, who seemed to know her stuff and patiently talked me through it. She also DIDN’T try to upsell me on services I don’t want or need, which I think is a big point in favour of a company and speaks to their honesty.

Thoroughly professional and very friendly service from initial consultation to completion of year end accounts. This is now the third year I have used Thomson Cooper and have no hesitation in recommending.
