I cannot recommend Ella Bowen at Thrings Solicitors in Bath highly enough. Not only was she extremely responsive throughout the whole process, but also incredibly thorough and attentive to every detail. She handled my mother’s property purchase with such kindness and warmth, making what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. As the purchase was through a lifetime mortgage company, the process was more complex than usual, yet Ella navigated it with professionalism, patience, and clear communication at every stage. She was always approachable, engaging, and made sure we fully understood each step. We are truly grateful for her support and would not hesitate to work with her again.

I cannot praise Thrings enough. We were on a tight deadline to move house and they were so responsive, helpful and exceptionally skilled at finding a way through. Summer and Alice really got the sale and purchase across the line in record times and made the whole process much less stressful by never leaving an email or call unanswered. We're very grateful we found Thrings and will continue to use them even though we've now left Bath - exceptional.

Anna and her team handled our property purchase and as first-time buyers I couldn't recommend them more. Extremely efficient and detailed, Anna and her team ensured that all the necessary questions were asked. After reading the first set of documents, I planned on raising some queries with the seller but upon opening my next email Anna had already checked all of the things I meant to ask! I can highly recommend Thrings and Anna in particular if you are looking for a great solicitor to handle your next property purchase.

Wonderful service by Thrings for my latest house purchase. The process was complicated at times, but any problems were handled brilliantly by Anna, Summer and Iyesha, who were thorough, diligent, easy to talk to, and crucially, available to contact when needed. Having had a bad experience with a difference company on a previous purchase, the care and attention to detail shown by Thrings was a very welcome experience. Thank you again Anna, Summer and Iyesha.
