This is the first time I’ve reviewed any company, but these guys merit my time and energy. TLT’s inflexible, soulless and unhelpful performance has managed to make an unpleasant experience even more disheartening. There’s not a single instance of my dealings with them that left me less angry and frustrated that when it started. They have been wholly toxic to my mental health. If you can avoid any contact with them, do so. Your life will be unknowingly better for it.

A really unprofessional firm, and I’m really glad I didn’t work for them. I had an assessment centre with them on the 8th of August, and the interviewers were incredibly rude. The female interviewer was yawning and behaving so disrespectfully. On top of that, they hadn’t responded to anyone even after 20 days following the assessment centre. I had to call them three times before they finally got back to me. It felt like the assessment centre was just a formality, as it seemed they had already given the roles to internal candidates. A truly disrespectful firm; I’m not surprised to read all these negative reviews from their customers.

After living as an exemplary professional private paying tenant in a property for 14 years, and finding out the owner had not been paying his mortgage even though we paid the rent every month, the property was taken over by this company, who sent someone around to value the property then sent us notice of eviction to get out within 8 weeks, rendering us homeless right on Christmas. They even rushed it through to get it to us 3 days before our rent deadline otherwise they would have to had give us another month. We phoned them to ask for another month to give us a little more time to find somewhere to live but they didn't give a **** just want the money and turfed out our family after 14 years without batting an eyelid. Absolutely disgusting heartless company! I couldn't speak worse of them. If you have the opportunity then don't have anything to do with the scumbags!

Thiscompany actted on behalf of Lloyds bank its been 6 months trying to contact them phones calls messages speak to someone they just pass you around promise after promise for phone me obviously they dont
