Tom communicated with me brilliantly from my very first query. I really didn’t have a clue where to start with buying a home, all I knew was that I’d seen one I wanted to try and go for! He gave me lots of helpful information before I had even met with him. In challenging circumstances, as a low income single parent, he managed to secure me a mortgage.
