Superb service as usual. Fourth time in using Touchwood for conveyacing but this time had to complete within 30 days due to being auction purchase. Would highly recommend! Nadeem handled our onward purchase which wasn't straightforward but got it all done and dusted within a month. The seller's conveyancers mentioned he was always quick to reply and didn't need chasing. We used a different conveyancer before and that was a mess, didn't feel like they were in our corner but when we used Touchwood it was a night and day difference, Nadeem had our best interests at heart with good & knowledgeable advice. I know quite a few people who have used Touchwood recently as he came via a recommendation to us and they had positive things to say too. Would I use him again? Yes!

Top-notch.Acted for me in probate and purchase. Work was done efficiently and in timely manner. Fees were as expected. Recommended theses guys to my friends and family. Adding to the great service I managed to save £20,500 stamp duty before the stamp duty deadline which helps.
