I used these lot to purchase my property over 2 years ago, it was a pain at that point as it kept getting delayed from this side and yet when I got my bill I was charged for the chasing up they had to do when it was their fault. Fast forward to now i needed some documents/some clarification on something to do with property boundaries etc and was told the documents have been archived, which is fine to be told to take it out/retrieve them will cost me £50! HM Land Registry charges £11 FOR THE SAME COPY OF THE DOCUMENT! Do better!!

Claimed to do checks with out certifying any of mine or my partners ID’s and still charged us. When I asked for a cost breakdown I received this response. AVOID at all costs.

I used yousef for my two conveyancing matters a sale and a purchase, the process was very fast and smooth without any issues. During the procedure yousef always kept me in the loop with my matter and the quotation he gave me was very cheap and beat all the other law firms nearby
