Would highly recommend! Nadeem handled our onward purchase which wasn't straightforward but got it all done and dusted within a month. The seller's conveyancers mentioned he was always quick to reply and didn't need chasing. We used a different conveyancer before and that was a mess, didn't feel like they were in our corner but when we used Touchwood it was a night and day difference, Nadeem had our best interests at heart with good & knowledgeable advice. I know quite a few people who have used Touchwood recently as he came via a recommendation to us and they had positive things to say too. Would I use him again? Yes!

Top-notch.Acted for me in probate and purchase. Work was done efficiently and in timely manner. Fees were as expected. Recommended theses guys to my friends and family. Adding to the great service I managed to save £20,500 stamp duty before the stamp duty deadline which helps.

I used these lot to purchase my property over 2 years ago, it was a pain at that point as it kept getting delayed from this side and yet when I got my bill I was charged for the chasing up they had to do when it was their fault. Fast forward to now i needed some documents/some clarification on something to do with property boundaries etc and was told the documents have been archived, which is fine to be told to take it out/retrieve them will cost me £50! HM Land Registry charges £11 FOR THE SAME COPY OF THE DOCUMENT! Do better!!

I am not so happy with the services received. They don't keep up updated about the process going on particularly about fees charged by them. At the end they will surprise you with a hefty charge you. If you want to avail their services ask them to keep you posted about the fees charged.
