Nadeem took care of the sale of my house, was very helpful and the entire process went smoothly. He was prompt in answering any question I had via email or phone, without any delay. Very efficient service with excellent communication. The fees were competitive and his specialism in Sharia compliant mortgages meant he was able to manage the specific requirements of my transaction effectively. On asking about whether he will provide monthly statement of fees to me, for transparency, Nadeem didn't want to take my case. Obviously previous reviews about costs are correct. He knew about my awkward situation and agreed to take my case previously on the phone. Unwelcoming, ill-mannered, time waster. Knew straight from the first look that this solicitor isn't for me!

I used Nadeem at Touchwood solicitors to purchase my house in Shirley, his service was professional and also helped in negotiating the price even after we had put the offer in and secured the house, he saved us about £10k after doing his research and queries and renegotiated the price.
