I haven’t used their services, but I did phone to ask a few questions. Mary doesn’t seem to understand that her clients aren’t solicitors — they might be confused or need things explained. Instead of recognising that, she takes the mick out of their tone over the phone and mocks how they speak. It’s a strange way to try and get clients, and exactly why I’m taking my money elsewhere.

I recommend Toussaints solicitors 100% especially Mr Albert. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, makes the whole process very easy. All my questions and doubts were addressed in each and every stage of process and completed the legal formalities in an excellent way . The firm is okay. The staff is nice but theres a lot of chatgpt used which is obvious. Theres also a solicitor there dealing with property who doesn’t really know what he’s doing think he’s called thomas and my file had to be given to another gentleman.

Amazing experience with toussaimts solicitors especially Mr Albert for handling our new home mortgage and search very politely as well as a good knowledge way he approached.
