I needed a simple job. Agreed on the price, appointment. When arrived he was not there. Called him and he came and opened but not happy. I showed him the draft he said that it is not good and that if he will do it he will ask me ten times more vs what we agreed. He was not willing to support in any way and neither let me stay inside to edit my draft. Lastly after I tried again and explained that I came a long way because I needed the document he said he cannot help me and that I should look for a different solicitor because I am wasting his time (nobody was there). This is the most unprofessional and unfrienldly approach that I have seen in my life. If you need to go there prepare your mindset for this. I definitely would not reccomend this to anyone.

I attended this firm to have a declaration form completed with the assistance of a solicitor. While the task itself was straightforward, I was taken aback by the solicitor’s unprofessional conduct. At the conclusion of the appointment, he remarked that the work was not worth the fee he was being paid, despite it being a standard £20 service offered by most firms. Such a comment was both inappropriate and uncalled for. I expected a basic level of courtesy and professionalism, which was clearly lacking. After my visit, I also noted that the solicitor often responds to reviews online in a similarly rude and dismissive manner, which only further reflects the poor attitude I experienced in person. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this service to others. Edit: Hornchurch Branch

Quoted me £150 for simple notarial services [witnessing a signature of a pre - drafted document in my case]. The standards cost ranges from £2 per signature - £20 per signature. Needless to say, the call promptly ended. Wasn't particularly pleasant over the phone either. Wishing them the best of luck but they won't be getting any of my business.

Excellent and ethical service. Affordable consultation that got me the result I was hoping for. When offered to represent me further (in court) I was advised I knew everything I needed to know. He saved me money. Recommended. Edit: Hornchurch branch!

Had a phone call with him and his answers were defensive and patronising. Their address is not here, it’s somewhere else (I couldn’t understand location). I was given an larger than average quote and initial consultation of £250 and I politely refused on the basis of it being above my budget. He called me back after a few minutes with a quote which was half the price of the initial one and his comments were borderline rude. His professionalism just wasn’t matching my expectation and I won’t be working with him.
