Got nowhere - crash happened on 2nd January 2025 and the other driver has claimed liability. Advised 2 months ago that I would need to see a doctor to check injuries and still no appointment. Contacted today to be informed that they aren’t working with that agency anymore and they would seek another appointment for me. God knows when! I wish I’d chosen someone else

The worst law firm I have ever dealt with! They are professionally incompetent & corrupt & they all collude to cover up their failings, mistakes & errors when you complain so you have to go to the Legal Ombudsman!

Disgusting and unhelpful staff. The service is abysmal. I was lied to by their solicitors and won my case with the legal ombudsmen. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
