When we were looking for a solicitor to help with our spouse visa application, my friends recommended TRP Solicitors to me. I could not be more thankful that they did, as it was a purely positive experience for us. Sean McLoughlin oversaw our case, and from the offset he enabled us to feel secure in our application by filling any knowledge gaps that we had about the process. His instruction in our initial meeting was so clear that we found we didn't actually need any follow-up appointment, and the rest of our discussions were held via email, which suited our preference. He was always available via email and incredibly prompt in response with clear answers there too. He provided excellent advice in terms of what paperwork needed to be provided, assisted us in finding translation services where necessary, and has a clear understanding of the standards expected of the Home Office in an application. I can admit myself, when I first entered his office I was a bit anxious, with reports about visa applications being a tenuous and often drawn out process in the news, but he analysed our case, provided all the support necessary to sharpen it up, and when we left we both felt much more confident about our prospects and knew what needed to be done. Like a weight off of our shoulders. This all resulted in an application process which provided a positive outcome just a few hours after biometrics were submitted. To say I was a bit shocked it was just a couple of hours is an understatement, but Sean's preparation and advice on what to do and what decisions to make in the application made it possible for us. I would heartily recommend TRP Solicitors to a friend or associate going through the same process, especially considering the quality of advice offered at the very reasonable flat-fee price point he provided for us.
