Would definitely recommend! A big thank you to Emma, who helped me throughout the whole process. She always responded to emails promptly, and if she wasn’t available by phone, she would call back quickly so I wasn’t left waiting. Any questions I had about my case were answered clearly, and everything was explained in a way that made me feel fully informed and supported. I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

I can't give 5 because its not certain my case will be taken on. Waiting to see. But, I can tell you that my experience talking to them over 2 days and giving all the détails, is that are remarkably professional and warm. The people to whom I spoke were very well informed because they answered my questions in detail and without the need of a script. I liked each person that I was passed to for each separate case. Whether they are able to take my cases needs to be seen. But, they are the only firm that did not make me feel small and who were hopeful but it needed to go to a final decision maker. I would not hesitate to contact them for any future legal needs.

Impeccable service I couldn’t recommend more. I’ve had 2 1/2 years working with different property conveyancers and the experience with Lauren beat my expectations by miles. Nothing was too much of an ask, she was always ahead of what was needed replied extremely quickly, replies to emails were less than 24 hours, multiple a day ( a dream when buying a property). Lauren’s professionalism, efficiency and demeanor were outstanding I couldn’t recommend enough especially when the process of buying a house can be extremely stressful using true solicitors, Lauren, made the journey as smooth as possible from our side.

This is a great company to help with housing issues. I’ve been messed around by my housing association and this company has thought my issues with my landlord. My case worker has always kept me up to date and commutation was brilliant. My case worker Gillian was excellent. Please give this company a try. You will not regret your decision to use them.
