Very slow. Nothing gets done. Have to keep chasing them to know whats going on. Opened a disrepair case in October. Nothing has been done absolutely nothing. They cancelled my appointment with the surveyor because my housing told them I have two solicitors which wasn't true. Could of been avoided if they asked ME if I had 2 solicitors. So I called today as I asked for my case to be closed as NOTHING has been done. The person who answered the phone said I will have costs if I close the case. I'm confused on what costs this maybe as nothing has been done. They're cancelling appointments & doing the most. Absolutely nothing has been done from when i opened the case. So no payment is getting made by me!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

True Solicitors has been dealing with my wetroom repair. Unfortunately each time I want to speak to my solicitor they are NEVER available. For the past 10 days we’ve had builders in. Again the wetroom is leaking. We have had to shower in a bucket, as there’s only one bathroom for 5 persons, still the firm has done NOTHING to support their DISABLED client. Not TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE or SUPPORTIVE. Might have issues with the DISABLES.

I am extremely happy with service that I have received from True solicitors. I had a accident December 2024 and i was not at fault my case got passed on firm to firm and it wasn't solved then it went in the good hands of True solicitors and within weeks the third party took liability. The staff are amazing they listen and don't judge very polite and understanding. So if you need any assistance advice please contact True solicitors there amazing.
