This is not a reliable firm. They failed to properly register my property after completion, an error I only discovered years later when my current solicitor informed me during the process of selling the property. This serious oversight has caused unnecessary delays and complications in my sale, creating significant stress and uncertainty at a time when the transaction should have been straightforward. When I raised a formal complaint about this matter with the solicitor responsible and the firm’s director, I was extremely disappointed by their response. Although they acknowledged the mistake, they refused to provide the outcome I was seeking. As a client, it is deeply frustrating to be placed in a position where I must now spend additional time and effort pursuing further complaints from my already busy schedule, simply to correct a mistake that should never have occurred in the first place. The firm appears to take advantage of the fact that clients are forced to navigate complex and time-consuming complaint procedures, adding to an already problematic situation entirely of their own making.

Very pleased with the proactive and professional ways Truemans dealt with the transfer of equity of a flat. Fixed price was also economical, and ahead of the game in the legal services industry!

We had a rollercoaster of a ride during our house sale and subsequently lost our first sale and purchase. Trumans were key for our next sale and purchase to go through smoothly. After 4 months of to and froing, we were ablecto exchange and complete a week later and, thanks to Karen, the second time went without a hitch. Also, Louis was amazing in her support and communication. Would highly recommend.

We used Truemans for the conveyancing of the sale and purchase during our house move and they were efficient and professional throughout. The sale of our old property was complex but Karen and Aika were excellent in explaining the process, answering our questions and keeping us constantly updated. This made a particularly stressful period a lot less stressful than it could have been. We would certainly use Truemans again in future

With our late parents house on the market we needed some legal expertise to take the sale to completion, Trueman's were recommended by the estate agent. And I have to say it was a good recommendation. The service provided was excellent, all the legalese was dealt with promptly, and queries or issues handled efficiently. Tina, Tori and Emily handled our sale, they acted professionally at all times dealing with our questions and queries courteously, politely and considering it was our late parents house, sensitively. The sale of a house is said to be one of the most stressful experiences that we go through, I have to say that the process went very smoothly and as stress free as selling a house can be. Overall, an excellent recommendation and a recommendation I would be happy to extend to others.
