I recently reached out to Frances Ledbury from Truth Legal to assist me with a complex visa application for my wife, who is a resident of the Philippines. I had already received a rejection and planned to go through a lengthy and costly appeal process, luckily I met Frances who advised me to not follow this route in my case and suggested an alternative route that I am pleased to say was successful. Frances guided us through the labyrinth of documents required for a partner visa (including suggesting which to include and which to leave out), and we were very happy for her to submit the application on our behalf. She answered all our questions clearly and succinctly, was quick to respond to emails, and we found the ability to do everything remotely via Teams meetings with Frances very useful, making the whole process less intimidating. We would wholeheartedly recommend her services in applying for a UK Visa.
