Spoke to Julie today about a letter addressed to my mum, and I’ve never experienced such rude and dismissive behaviour. She hung up on me multiple times mid-conversation, refused to listen, and made no effort to help or even explain why she couldn’t speak to me properly. When I tried to call back, she forwarded my calls to voicemail. Generic, condescending solicitors - completely unprofessional and not worth your time or money.

We used Tyndallwoods for our house purchase. Ian Buchanan and his team were amazing. They were polite, punctual and professional. It wasn't a straightforward process and they were always there for us when we needed them. Would definitely recommend.
