My new husband and I needed a new will writing. After having to rebook our appointment due to a double booking by Oliver's assistant we arrived at the agreed time and had what I thought was going to be a productive meeting. However 3 weeks later and after 2 follow up emails from me and 2 further phone calls also from me there has been no acknowledgement of receipt of the personal information shared post meeting. No calls or emails have been returned and so we have unsurprisingly elected to take our business elsewhere. Oliver is clearly a knowledgeable solicitor in his field but basic customer care for an expensive service is a reasonable expectation.

I recently had my Will prepared by Oliver Saxon at Tyto Law Solicitors. Oliver was excellent at answering all my queries, no matter how trivial, offered advice when I asked his opinion and and was very easy to talk to.When I received my draft Will to read I decided to make changes and it was no problem for him to accommodate my changes and provide me with another Draft Will for me to check. He was thorough and explained everything in a way I could easily understand. He was worth his fee which I was happy to pay.

Having recently moved, I wanted to find a solicitor for the purpose of writing a will and preferred to use one that was more local to where I live. I found Tyto Law Solicitors by accident and after reading reviews and recommendations, I decided to make a call and arrange an appointment with Oliver Saxon. After my initial appointment, I decided to instruct Oliver to go ahead with proceedings. Previous reviews pointed out the flexibility and excellent service they had experienced from Tyto Law Solicitors and I have to say, Oliver did not disappoint and was very good at explaining everything at each stage of the process, clarifying any queries and answering any questions raised along the way. Nothing was too much trouble and Oliver was always happy to help, as were the administration team. The flexible approach is a bonus to the service provided and I would definitely recommend, based on my experience to date.

After putting it off for years I finally decided to get my will written. I expected it to be really tricky but not at all. I told Oliver what I wanted and he did all the fancy legal stuff. Our first meeting was very low key over a coffee which was great and at a time that suited around my work. The paperwork arrived quickly and the price was excellent. Would definitely use Oliver again

Oliver has represented us for a couple of years now - We cannot fault him - even though our case has been quite distressing, Oliver has always been professional and supportive. I cannot recommend Tyto Law highly enough.
