I cannot recommend Katie Hanson highly enough. Appalling company. There was no transparency in billing, staff were rude and never answered the phone. The fees were disgusting and they made a lot of mistakes in both my statements and in the handling of our court order. I would recommend you do not use them, and if you do, make sure you demand a daily update on costs.
