They would take up any case to earn money. My son did not meet entry requirements Mill Hill School for A Levels so we left. The solicitors insisted that the school still wants to keep my child and that the grade requirements are only on website, but not a party of contract. However several children are asked to leave on basis of not achieving their grades, but in my son’s case, school had particular interest in him and wanted to keep him regardless of the grades he achieved. The court order strictly stated that total of £13973.85 had to be paid by 29/11/2024. - £9300 was paid to Mill Hill school on 12/11/2024 - £4673.85 was paid to VWV Solicitors on 29/11/2024 Full monies were paid in time as per court order. Both the school and VWV were informed of these payment. I still keep getting enforcement letters to pay an additional £5982.85 to VWV Solicitors. This will negatively impact my credit rating and is also causing continuous stress and anxiety to me. Today I had an enforcement officer at my house taking pictures of my house and possessions without my consent. This is gross misconduct and infringement of my privacy. Stay away from this company. Zero ethics or morals !

The charges from this firm are excessive and the billing is unclear. It’s daylight robbery. I would not recommend using the firm. If you do proceed, please demand daily fee updates. They refuse to call when you ask and then send multiple emails. They demand responses just to be able to charge you more. They made a lot of mistakes in my case too.
