Allan has been my immigration lawyer since 2020, when I was living in the US as a South African and looking to move to the UK. From the very beginning, Allan’s extensive knowledge of British immigration law gave me complete confidence that I was in very good hands. From my initial Tier 1 General Worker visa, through my spouse visa and renewals, ILR, and now naturalisation as a British citizen, I could not be more grateful for his guidance and support throughout what can be an incredibly stressful and complex process. I have always found Allan to be exceptionally reliable, knowledgeable, responsive and professional, and he has consistently gone above and beyond to make each stage as straightforward as possible. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Allan and his team to anyone navigating the UK immigration system. Thank you, Allan and team, for all your help over the years!

I cannot recommend my lawyer enough. He is incredibly intelligent, professional, and truly dedicated to his clients. From the very beginning, he handled my case with confidence and expertise, and thanks to his hard work and knowledge, my application was approved successfully. Not only did he help me, but I also referred 4 people to him because I truly trusted his work. So far, 2 of them have already received successful decisions, and the other 2 are still waiting for their results. This clearly shows the level of effort and commitment he puts into every case. What makes him even more amazing is the way he treats his clients. He is kind, respectful, patient, and always willing to answer questions and provide reassurance throughout the process. He genuinely cares about the people he represents, and that makes a huge difference. I am extremely grateful for everything he has done for me, and I will definitely continue to use him as my lawyer in the future. If you are looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and supportive, I highly recommend ALLAN VAN AS

Allan and Crystal have been fantastic! Applications for my children’s citizenship was granted in little over 3 months. The whole process was very smooth and organised. Although I never met Allan and Crystal in person, since I live far away from where they’re based, I always had prompt reply to my questions via e mail or video call. I felt very well looked after as a customer. I highly recommend Visa INN, they certainly are great professionals with extensive experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ALLAN IS THE BEST IMMIGRATION LAWYER ANYONE COULD EVER ASK FOR. Allan treated us with so much care, professionalism, and genuine concern. From the very beginning, our case felt like his case. He was always there for us, no matter how many questions we asked, and supported us truly and wholeheartedly throughout the entire journey. If anyone had told me that our case would be closed and settled to the best possible outcome in such a short space of time, I would not have believed it. Allan secured our settled status within just three weeks, which is incredible. Nobody comes close to Allan when it comes to immigration cases. He is truly the crème de la crème of immigration lawyers. If you are considering contacting him, do not hesitate. I promise you, your case will be handled professionally, efficiently, and with the least amount of stress possible. Highly, highly recommended.
