I really can't speak more highly of Allan van As and the VISA INN team. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat. When it came to applying for a UK passport, my complicated life story didn't fit into the standard boxes on the application form. Despite weeks of trying to figure it out, I conceded that I needed expert help. I was reassured by the gov.uk website that VISA INN was a reputable business, so I got in touch. Allan quickly understood my circumstances, and his advice was very thorough. He explained where I stood with everything, walked me through a dummy application so I'd know what to do when it came to submit an online application, confirmed the documents I'd need to submit, and crafted a covering letter to send to the passport office. I came away from the call with a clear roadmap - it was such a relief, and I felt so much more confident. When I had another hiccup in the road, Allan was quick to respond, and reassured me that if my application was rejected, there were several alternative routes forward. Once again, I left the call feeling much stronger, encouraged, and supported. Today, a week after that discussion, my new passport dropped through my letterbox. I really can't thank Allan enough.

Once again, Allan and his team have been fantastic in helping me obtain my visa. Not only was the communication clear, but Allan and his team are fantastic and proactive people. I will also be contacting Allan for my next visa application. He and his team know their stuff and how to handle it. This was the second time I've used Allan, and I highly recommend him and his team. I confess this is my second review of visa inn. This review is after having had further dealings with Allan and his team some weeks after having paid in full for their services. Allan and his team were just as committed as they were initially and went above and beyond the call of duty in their effort to reunite me with my wife Erika and I and feel that this extraordinary effort should be recognised. To anyone considering whether to use Allan or someone else - all I can say is that I can not imagine receiving the service and care I have received from Allan, elsewhere.
