I have been working in property for over 20 years, and Elaine is by far the best solicitor I have ever come across. She gets back to you promptly, knows her job inside out, and takes the stress completely out of any purchase or sale. Elaine does everything effortlessly even in the most complex of cases and without ego, explaining things clearly and simply, and always just gets things done. It's incredibly rare to come across someone that goes above and beyond, understands that it's not just a transaction and is always genuinely happy to help. Working with her is an absolute pleasure—I can’t recommend her highly enough and have done so. I had the pleasure of working with Folakemi and Benjamin of Vivash brand LLP for a new house purchase. Folakemi was professional, thoughtful and supportive, as well as hands on to provide me with reliable and helpful information/ advice all through the process. Her thoughtfulness and thoroughness made her discover issues that helped me avoid buying an initial property that would have likely given me unexpected liabilities post purchase. I was grateful for this and glad we were eventually able to make a success of a better property find and purchase after. Although Benjamin joined towards the end, he was professional, got up to speed quickly and helped see it through to the end on the day, smoothly and successfully. I recently visited this solicitor's office for a simple task - filling out an ID form. Unfortunately, the service was abysmal. The staff member I dealt with was unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no interest in assisting me. Despite being 7 months pregnant, I was left feeling uncomfortable and upset. The receptionist's lack of clarity on the process and the staff member's attitude towards not printing the form myself added to the frustration. Given my previous positive experience with the office years ago, it's clear that the business has declined significantly since then. Sadly, this experience has soured me on recommending this solicitor to others, and I've warned my family to consider alternatives. The lack of care and attention to clients, especially in a vulnerable state like mine, is inexcusable.
