My parents were progressing a will through Vymans via Krupali Saujani afew years ago with my help. We were told it would be £300 (simple mirror will). It got abit complicated as it does with family, the solicitor decided to make extra phone calls and send a follow up letter. Next thing i know we've been told that because its complicated they will have to take the cost out of the £300 we paid them to create the will. We were not told this up front! Anyway i asked for a balance to be refunded in that case and they just never responded to me. They basically took £300 and we got nothing out if it.

Thank you very much guys for your excellent service. Simon and Vivien are very knowledgeable and were excellent. Our decision to go with Thakker & Co over other, more well-known firms was fully justified. We received a fantastic, timely service than we would have otherwise. Highly recommended firm - they really value their clients, unlike some of the other firms who just see you as another person. Simon always had a good positive attitude and was very approachable!
