I used their conveyancing department 3 times without problem in the past when Jonathan Cummins and Maggie Leondis were around. This review is about a letter I asked them to write on my behalf. Today I would put zero star if I could. A letter should not take years to write on behalf of a client, I will update about my money refund request.

Alph was an absolute disaster when dealing with a lease extension. It was so bad, the freeholder suggested I sue them. What a joke. Rarely took the initiative to call me or respond to my emails, I always had to call. One email hasn't been replied to in SIX YEARS. Ombudsman in process. Don't pay them up front, don't fall for the fake charm or assurances. Total waste of money - and the lease extension was never completed

Stay away from this firm at all cost! Angela the receptionist is highly rude and aggressive she is very incompetent at carrying out required tasks she claims to be a manager though has no skills of a competent manager. Her behaviour is that of a low standard. To avoid being insulted choose a firm that has great customer service because Angela definitely hasn’t acquired the correct training.

Linda Sylvanus is absolutely a diamond. She was leading me all 4 years with professionalism and support. It was so many situations where I was in frustration, fear and it did look like I am losing my background. But she always made me feel than "I have your back" with her professional way to deal with situations and challenges. She never give up and guide me till the end through very sensitive and sensible situation for my family. She is much more than solicitor!! 100 % trust that she do her job and even more.
