After having a really poor experience with another solicitor our experience with Waldrons was a breath of fresh air, Belinda handled our sale and purchase. I felt in good hands the whole way through and feel that she went above and beyond dealing with our case. Communication was excellent from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

When I had been asked by the court to have a solicitor compile and present evidence that proved my abuser had committed perjury and I had been subject to CCB and abuse. I had two different solicitors from Waldrons in which I experienced severe misrepresentation and in fact discrimination from. First Elle-May Macey who was inexperienced and with unconscious bias told me she hadn’t even read some of the critical evidence I had given her. She neglected to present a witness statement to the court and witheld multiple evidence. I asked for someone with more experience but then Stephen Hamblett, although he has since claimed he was only an advocate, still advised me “whatever you do, don’t tell them about the abuse as it will only be seen as victim blaming”. He had silenced me and actively worked against me! It was discrimination in every way. In the outcome of my complaint with them, Waldrons have had to apologise for his behaviour which is an admission of guilt. They go with plausible deniability and very conveniently can’t remember saying anything about my abuse, which has been professionally recognised however the discrimination from Mr Hamblett was so severe it is truly shocking. He was given a list of witnesses to call on before a trial which he had completely ignored. At one hearing, he simply didn’t turn up and even the court was confused. One of the duty solicitors had to make enquiries where he was and learnt he was away on holiday. He failed to notify me that he had no plans on being there and that hearing was then adjourned. I had also given him a list of witnesses to call on before a trial, this was completely ignored by Mr Hamblett. Working with Waldrons was traumatic and the discrimination I experienced is truly shocking and genuinely disgraceful.

We just needed an ID3 to lodge with HMLR. Their fees were most reasonable and the service was excellent. They were so nice and easy to deal with. I approached other firms, and was given duff information and would have been charged more. I recommend Waldrons services without hesitation.

She kept us informed every step of the way, copied us into correspondence, chased people up for answers, and warned us of potential issues - always with a range of options to help solve them. We couldn't have been in better hands.

Belinda Hill at Waldron's was recommended to us by a friend for conveyancing when we sold our house in Worcester recently. The charges were transparent, competitive and as quoted.
