Josh has on two occasions provided an excellent service for us, first on the purchase of a property and then with a sale. As well as being efficient he is friendly and attentive, communicating outside normal office hours when necessary, and he ensures that every step of the legal process is carefully explained. Tried to view a property over 2 days, however due to staff training on one day and the other excuse was they only had 2 members of staff available, so couldn't carry out the viewing. I feel sorry for the folk that have there home on the market with them, as they have potentially missed a sale (cash buyers). Poor show guys. They had no flexibility at all.
