We sold our property privately and were recommended to use Joshua Ward for the conveyancing. This was the best recommendation ever! Joshua kept us up to date all the time, responded quickly to phone calls and emails and made the whole experience much more pleasant than expected. We highly recommend his services, Walker & Sharpe are fortunate to have him. Also the reception staff were very helpful! Well done to you all for restoring our faith in the legal world.

From start to finish of the selling of our old home and subsequent purchase of our new home, Neil Webster has been absolutely fantastic. Even with our situation being slightly more complicated than a usual sale & purchse, Neil has communicated everything clearly & in an extremly timely manner - which reduced any stress we should have had to almost non existent. Personally, I would HIGHLY recommend Walker and Sharpe (specifically Mr Neil Webster) for primarily land purchases & anything else you would require.

Having just moved back to Scotland after living overseas for many years, and having had an offer accepted on a house, I was in need of a solicitor. Being unfamiliar with the area I searched online and found Walker and Sharpe, and specifically Joshua. I chose Joshua because of all the excellent google reviews and I can say that they were not wrong! Joshua has been absolutely brilliant, from explaining everything about the system of house buying in Scotland to dealing with everything very efficiently. He certainly made a potentially very stressful situation very easy. I cannot recommend Joshua, or indeed Walker and Sharpe highly enough.

I was involved in a road traffic accident and was represented by a member of the Walker and Sharpe team. They obtained the facts of the case from myself and also from the police report and communication with the solicitor representing me was excellent. I was not required to go to court but was represented there by the solicitor and a satisfactory outcome was achieved. I would recommend the team highly.

I have very recently completed on the sale of my house and onward purchase of my new house. Thanks to Joshua (solicitor with Walker and Sharpe) the whole process was made less stressful than it might have been.
