Very good solicitors. Dealt with Almaan regarding my car. Insurance wasnt playing ball. He made sure Churchill pulled their finger out and paid me out quick fast. Once that was done, Lynette contacted me regarding my personal injury. She has been very helpful and made sure i knew about everything. Will defo be using these guys again. An excellent level of customer service and communication received by Walker Wise and especially the representative dealing with my claim from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company. Mr Khan was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and mannerly in my dealings with him. He kept me informed at every stage of the process and is an asset to your firm. What really shone for myself was his dogged determination and persistence in resolving my issues and getting the best outcome possible - it was a pleasure dealing with him, and I would certainly recommend him to others. I was originally referred to Helen by a friend who was great, however she was then on long term sick. I then went through 2 other points of contact. One that left the business without me knowing and another that then didn't respond to my emails for 6 weeks. After me chasing and chasing and being at the deadline, I was told that they could not meet the deadline and in fact they were charging me an extra £500 for the 'extra work' that needed to be done. I was told by estate agent this was not right and they had in fact not done any work towards my case over the last 6 weeks, they were adamant that they had, and when I contested it they had the audacity to say they weren't working with me and are charging me £350. Absolutely shocking service, no apology for the 3 points of contact, no apology for no communication and to top it off i have found out that they actually only raised the enquiries at 1:00pm the day of this conversation to cover their backs AND raised the incorrect ones. So the £350 they are charging me for 'all the work that was done' is actually outrageous, and in fact NO work has been done. Avoid at all costs.
