Unfortunately 1 star is the lowest you can give, we have had the pleasure of dealing with Simon Wilson, who somehow found his way to become director, one can only assume he accidentally tied his shoelaces together one morning and tripped into the position. I believe his shoelaces are still currently tied due to the glacial rate he undertakes his work. A true reawakening of the common post turtle.

Antiquated, outdated and unorganized.. a simple house conveyancing matter feels like its happening despite of them not because of them. Very little advice or work being done, they essentially just seem to pass documents back and forth. Its also extremely frustrating they they prefer to avoid modern systems everyone else is using, my last two house purchases over the last 14 years have been completed using electronic document handling, WGA send mixed signals in one email after being pushed they say they use virtual Signature, in another they outright refused to do anything electronically. outside factors apart a process that should have taken 2-3 weeks maximum is delayed with hard copies taking weeks to pass between all parties.. I'd say its time they embraced the future but its not even that, they seem stuck in 1993 whilst everyone else has been using electronic documents for 20 years...!!! No real level of attention and when you raise an issue there is no apology or acknowledgement, its simply ignored and they carry on regardless.

My Partner and I have just purchased a Building Plot, Jackie Murfitt dealt with the conveyancing in the post professional way, she was so thorough with the detail and found many mistakes made by the vendor’s solicitors. I would absolutely recommend Jackie at Ward Gethin Archer she has been brilliant ( Thank you Jackie ) .

Had the unhelpful slow lazy none experienced deva Charlotte Bentley dealing with a case my days unhelpful unorganised and genuinely terrible, avid she's useless.

Originally instructed this firm for a conveyancing matter where we are buyers but we had concerns as to their procedure, in that they refuse to do things electronically. I had a gut feeling it would cause delays. When I raised this concern I was spoken to very rudely and told they would no longer accept my instruction. It then emerged that they are acting for the seller so I wonder whether they already had the seller on board and realised they messed up accepting our instruction at all. May be a coincidence but doesn’t justify the poor way I was spoken to. We are now 3 months into what should have been a fairly straightforward and quick process as there are no chains. We have been informed that this firm is causing delays as they had not yet sent the paperwork to their client, despite requests for this to be done proactively and we are receiving no updates from them at all. The delays are having a considerable knock on effect and they seem to have no consideration for that at all.
