Shocking to see an employee shouting at Children in the Car Park. There seems to be issues with school children and patients using the GP practice cutting through the business car park. On one occasion a lady came out and shouted aggressively at school children and made some of them cry. She showed no remorse whatsoever which was rather scary to see. I would not use this accountancy firm just of the back of this. I am shocked at what I witnessed and I hope someone can identify the employee and deal with this matter as I understand it's an ongoing issue. I hope they do not speak to customers the same way they speak to small children.
